Before reporting an error, please read the FAQ (coming soon) and the forum to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

If the problem persists, please provide the following information

Problems sending/receiving mails
  • mail service name
  • mail service settings
  • mail service settings

Problems saving mails and/or settings
  • name of your flash cart / memory device
  • Did you apply a DLDI patch?

Problems with the wireless connection (especially WEP)
  • Type of DS (normal/lite)
  • Firmware version or :approximate date of purchase
  • wireless settings
  • router name/type

Please don't report any SSL issues, I know it's not working at the moment Wink
This also means that GMail is not supported right now

Some bugs/errors I found while using version 0.6:

The virtual keyboard has problems with the arrows buttons and generally anything that isn't a letter. It'll act as something random (I think the left arrow key is a K.

Using the lavabit server (not sure if it's server specific), all boxs and folders are downloaded (including the trash folder).

When adding an email address to the To: area of a message to be sent, the field doesn't switch to the message body after selecting the email address.

In accordance with the first problem, delete doesn't work and therefore you can't always completely clear a field of characters.
